Rob’s side of the story

Growing up in Central Florida and spending summers and breaks in New Smyrna Beach shaped everything — from a deep love of the water to a lifelong appreciation for the coastal lifestyle. If it involves boating, beach days, local restaurants, or the hidden corners only locals know, Rob’s lived it. As a dad of three (and a proud parent navigating middle school, sports, and teenage life alongside you), Rob connects with families who want more than a house — they want a lifestyle that fits who they are.

Jayme’s side of the story

Jayme has called Seminole County home for over two decades, juggling motherhood, real estate, and cheering on her UCF Knights. With kids of her own who’ve grown up in the area — including a current UCF student — she understands the schools, neighborhoods, and communities from the inside.
She’s the go-to for parents who want the right environment for their kids, the perfect commute, or the best local hidden gems.

ROB WEST

Rob West is a long time veteran Real Estate Professional serving the Central Florida area and East Florida Coast. As an Orlando native, Rob has a sincere passion for helping his clients achieve their dreams of homeownership in this beautiful vastly growing city he calls home and the beach town he absolutely adores.

Rob has over 23 years of experience in residential Real Estate with a high level of specialty with pricing, marketing, and negotiating for all types of properties. His expert ability to identify the right price paired with an aggressive marketing plan, has proven to successfully sell homes quickly and for top dollar. Rob's passion for the industry even lead him to a role in leadership as the CEO for a Keller Williams office in Orlando in which time he had a high involvement in developing and growing offices, coaching and consulting Real Estate agents to higher production, recruiting powerful agents into the company, and leading and instructing high level training for career development.

Rob has been a part of some of the highest ranked companies throughout his career including RE/MAX and Keller Williams Realty. During his career, both companies have recognized him as a top performer and awarded him several accreditations and distinguished rankings. In late 2014, Rob partnered with a friend and fellow veteran realtor and set out to quickly build a real estate team with the intention to offer the highest quality of service, superior marketing, and unparalleled performance in listing, selling, and helping others buy homes. Due to the vast recognition their brand received, they then launched the brokerage, Orlando Home Team Realty and became one of the top 5% of real estate teams in Central Florida. In later years Rob launched his own team, The West Group, dedicated to offering the highest level of service to his customers and continuing to put his high level of experience, expertise, and passion to work. His team continues to be recognized as one of the top Real Estate teams in the market.

Most recently, Rob has the prestigious honor of becoming the Managing Broker of an Engel &Völkers office here in Central Florida with the first of many offices to come landing in his favorite hometown of New Smyrna Beach.
